Faith, Service & Responsibility
My work beyond my profession is grounded in faith, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility to serve others. As a Christian, I believe faith should be expressed through service, stewardship, and a commitment to uplifting those around us. The words of Matthew 5:16 capture this calling well: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
A central focus of my efforts is investing in the next generation - particularly mentoring young boys and young men who benefit from visible role models, guidance, and encouragement as they grow into leaders within their communities. While my motivation is rooted in my faith, my commitment to service extends to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
The Seyi and Tobi Ayodeji Foundation (STAF)
The Seyi and Tobi Ayodeji Foundation (STAF) is a philanthropic initiative dedicated to expanding access to quality education and empowering talented students to achieve their full potential. The foundation was established with a commitment to reducing the financial barriers that prevent deserving young people from pursuing their academic goals. Through scholarships, mentorship, and supportive programming, STAF identifies promising students and provides them with the resources and encouragement they need to succeed academically and grow as future leaders.
Beyond financial support, STAF seeks to build a community of scholars driven by excellence, integrity, and a commitment to giving back. The foundation believes that investing in education is one of the most powerful ways to create lasting impact strengthening individuals, uplifting families, and contributing to the development of stronger communities. By supporting motivated students and fostering a culture of leadership and service, STAF strives to help shape a generation of changemakers who will make meaningful contributions in their fields and in society.

The Seyi and Tobi Ayodeji Foundation provides financial support and mentorship to promising young students across Nigeria and beyond. We believe that talent exists everywhere — and that access to education and guided growth should too.
Each year, we open applications to exceptional students seeking both financial assistance and mentorship as they pursue their academic goals. Applications typically open in September and close in October. Watch this space — your opportunity may be closer than you think.
